To make sure that you will be able to prevent jet lags, it is better not to sleep right away the moment that you will arrive at your destination. It is during the first two days of your arrival at your destination that you will feel the worst jet lag. It is during the odd times of the day that you will be feeling tired. Usually, you will feel tired during the late morning the late afternoon. Make sure that you will not be sleeping during these times. You have to make sure that you will push yourself to sleep during the night time when it’s the right time to sleep already.
