It is expected of individuals to register for the various activities at the gym to cure their condition. This leads to burning of extra fat in the body thus leading to the reduction of excess weight. The body is also made flexible and strong by exercises. The change of diet can make us lose weight in a short period. We should refrain from taking foods with excess fat such as meat and eggs.
